• Shipping Policy: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.
• Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

• Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund, subject to our return policy.
• Item Conditions: Merchandise returned must be unused, folded neatly in original packaging, tags intact, and no signs of wear or wash. Please, no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains. Merchandise must be in the original condition you received. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise sent back to us that does not follow these guidelines.  
• All items purchased on sale are FINAL.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.
• Exchanges: We do not process exchanges at this time.
• Processing a Return: Please contact the store if return is required.  Customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label on their own.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.   Please allow up to one week for us to process these requests, and please send return packages using a tracked shipping method. 

In no event shall Marouge, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
